Our team provided comprehensive support on the property aspects, including development and detailed planning permissions, as well as the bespoke power requirements critical for high-performance data centre operations. JM Advises Sporting Group on FA Regulations, Financing, and Sporting Asset Acquisitions

JM has advised Sporting Group on a range of matters relating to Football Association (FA) regulations, client restructuring, and financing arrangements, including the preparation of facility and loan documentation.

The team also supported SB Sporting Group on the acquisition and development of significant football and cricket grounds in Berkshire, with future plans for a residential scheme comprising 400 units. JM further advised on security and site charging matters connected to the project.

Our team advised in a high-value audit exception dispute under international arbitration, arising out of onshore and offshore crude oil exploration and exploitation contracts. The matter involved complex Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) and Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs), which frequently generate recurring disputes between operators and non-operators.

We provided strategic management across more than 50 major exploration and exploitation contracts, ensuring effective resolution of issues relating to audit exceptions, cost recovery, and contractual performance.
